
Job Purpose
To help projects run smoothly by making sure everything is checked on time, data is managed correctly, and communication between team members and partners is clear, so the project goals can be successfully achieved.
Responsibilities And Scope Of Work
Under the direct supervision of the General Affair, the primary duties of the Project Officer will include:
- Support project management implementation including documenting timeline, deliverables, handle stakeholder, and etc
- Conduct basic monitoring and evaluation to track project progress and outputs
- Manage and maintain project data and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Prepare regular reports, including bi-monthly updates and internal summaries
- Document weekly meetings and track follow-up actions
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants, including administrative support as needed
- Assist in organizing project activities such as workshops, meetings, and events
- Contribute to documentation of project learnings and best practices
- Supervised by General Affairs, provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth project delivery
