Job Responsibilities
· Coordinate day‑to‑day relationships with working‑level contacts in international development, business, government, and civil society.
· Conduct desk and field research, analyze findings, and turn them into clear insights, slide decks, and briefs for clients.
· Plan and track project workplans, budgets, and deliverables; flag risks early and keep teams on schedule.
· Apply ESG and development frameworks such as the SDGs, CSRD, and donor safeguarding to project design and reporting.
· Support knowledge‑product creation: reports, policy recommendations, market assessments, communication toolkits, training materials, monitoring & evaluation notes, and more.
· Capture lessons learned, improve internal SOPs, and help the firm sharpen its own delivery systems.
