Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Carbon Analyst role based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Senior Carbon Analyst will develop and implement carbon accounting and reporting methodologies, support clients with decarbonization strategies, and contribute to carbon market analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting emissions assessments, preparing analytical reports, staying updated on the latest environmental regulations, and working closely with internal and client stakeholders to implement sustainability solutions.

Profile

Qualifications

Proficient in Carbon Measurement, Carbon Accounting, and understanding of the Carbon Market
Skilled in developing Decarbonization Strategies and implementing mitigation plans
Strong analytical skills for research, data analysis, and reporting
Knowledge of environmental science, engineering fundamentals, and legal complexities related to sustainability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and liaising with stakeholders
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with Malaysian and international environmental regulations is a plus
Experience in carbon market analysis or working with sustainability certifications is advantageous
