Position Summary

The Equity Leader Networks Program Assistant provides coordination, operational and administrative support for ELN-owned activities, networks, gatherings, stakeholder engagement, network data and safeguarding implementation.

Reporting to the Equity Leader Networks Program Associate, and under overall supervision of the Chief Representative and Director

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Network and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate communication and follow-up with Fellows, advisors, institutions, grantees, scholars and other relevant network members.
  • Support selected National, sub-regional and Scholars Network activities and maintain contact lists, engagement records and action trackers.

2. Annual Forum and Leader Gatherings

  • Provide coordination and operational support for the Annual Forum and other ELN-led gatherings.
  • Support participant communication, registration, scheduling, travel coordination, documentation and event logistics.

3. CRM and Network Member Data

  • Maintain and update records across Fellows, advisors, institutions, grantees, scholars and other agreed contacts.
  • Track participation/engagement and support reports, dashboards, mailing lists and ecosystem learning.

4. Community Engagement and Safeguarding Support

  • Support Community Engagement, Community Well-being and Safeguarding activities, communications and documentation.
  • Support TORs, Code of Conduct, reporting processes and prevention/awareness activities as directed.

5. Cross-Network and Knowledge Coordination

  • Support ELN participation in RPM-led issue-/agenda-based activities where agreed.
  • Coordinate peer-learning/knowledge-exchange logistics and maintain learning resources and meeting records.

6. Operational and Administrative Support

  • Coordinate logistics, procurement, travel, scheduling and documentation for ELN-owned activities.
  • Support budget tracking, consultant/vendor administration and filing.

Profile

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in international development, Public Health, Social Sciences, Communications, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in program coordination, community or stakeholder engagement, administration, event coordination, or related work.
  • Experience supporting multi-stakeholder initiatives, networks, events, or convenings is desirable.
  • Experience with CRM systems, databases, or stakeholder information management is desirable.
  • Excellent English proficiency
  • Thai citizenship is preferred
