Responsibilities:
The Project Assistant will:
- Support the Project Management team in delivering the project effectively.
- Manage and organize all project documents (both hardcopy and soft copy), including client’s documents, in a consistent, organized, updated, and proper way.
- Scan and save the documents when required.
- Be the contact point to receive/provide project documents from/to project stakeholders, including but not limited to the internal O&M team, General Contractors, Client, Owner’s Engineer, Authority …
- Draft and translate the letters and documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa if required.
- Support payment procedure for the General Contractors, Owner’s Engineer, and other related suppliers
- Facilitate the smooth transition of projects from project initiation, through construction and into operation.
- Act as the interface between various stakeholders when required by the Project Manager.
- Support PM team members in proceeding with the claim after business trips.
- Work with Document Storage service providers when needed
- Other administrative duties as assigned, such as arranging and preparing for meetings and taking notes.
