About the Role
The School Programs Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining our yearly school engagements, ensuring the delivery of exceptional workshops that inspire students and educators alike. This position opens in January 2025 with an initial part-time training and handover period.
- Position Details:Start Date: January 2025
- Initial Training Period: From January to June 2025, the role will be a 3-day work week to facilitate training and a smooth handover.
- Full-time Contract Start: June 2025, transitioning to a full-time position for a 1-year contract.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management: Handle and follow through with all inquiry calls, emails, quotations, and proposals related to school programs.
Facilitator Coordination: Allocate and brief facilitators for various school workshops.
Logistics Coordination: Communicate with the studio team to ensure all tools and materials needed for workshops are acquired and ready. Assist the studio team with packing and prepping items during peak seasons for school workshops to ensure all materials are properly prepared.
New Facilitator Onboarding & Evaluation: Onboard new facilitators and assess their suitability for our programs.
Workshop Customization: Propose cost-effective and well-planned customized workshops to meet the specific needs of each school.
Facilitator Backup: Be prepared to cover for any facilitator in case of illness or last-minute unavailability, ensuring that all scheduled workshops proceed as planned.
