About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Youth Specialist to join our frontline team in supporting youth development initiatives in vulnerable communities along the Thai-Myanmar border. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is deeply invested in youth ministry and discipleship, and who thrives in creating holistic youth engagement activities tailored to local needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing the youth strategy for the Thai-Myanmar Border project.
- Facilitate youth development activities that focus on leadership, discipleship, life skills, and community service.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of youth-focused interventions; recommend adjustments based on needs.
- Collaborate with local church partners to ensure youth initiatives are relevant and contextually appropriate.
- Support youth participation in addressing social issues (e.g., social justice, inclusion, empowerment).
- Contribute to identifying the wholistic needs of young people in the Thai-Myanmar border context.
