Company Description

Crossroads Foundation, based in Hong Kong, is a non-profit organisation dedicated to bridging global needs with resources and solutions. By facilitating connections between those in need and those able to help, the foundation operates four key services: Global Distribution, sharing goods to meet varied needs; Global X-perience, offering immersive experiences of global hardship; Global Handicrafts, promoting fair trade products for sustainable income; and Global Hand, a platform for partnerships addressing global challenges. Through these initiatives, Crossroads serves as a hub to inspire action and foster meaningful change.

  • Work with Crossroads’ Volunteers Office to design simple wellbeing and community-building initiatives (e.g. welcome activities, debrief circles, appreciation moments).
  • Assist with basic administration related to the internship programme (attendance, simple reports, notes).
  • Attend May training to learn Crossroads’ operational context, safeguarding expectations and the structure of the internship.
