About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our growing team in the Philippines and serve as a key local anchor for our engineering operations.
This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on technical experience (junior to mid-level) but is also ready to take on greater ownership in team coordination, project delivery, and people management.
You will act as a bridge between global team and the local engineering team, helping drive execution, improve team efficiency, and support team growth on the ground.
What Youâll Do
Project & Delivery Management
- Coordinate day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery of engineering tasks
- Track progress, identify risks, and proactively drive solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and timelines
Team Coordination & Leadership
- Support local team management and development, including onboarding and day-to-day guidance
- Help build a strong and stable team culture in the Philippines
- Act as a key point of contact between local engineers and regional/global teams
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Communicate effectively to ensure clear alignment
- Translate business and technical requirements into actionable tasks for the team
- Facilitate smooth collaboration across different regions
