Dana Asia is seeking a highly experienced Partnerships Manager to oversee our portfolio of partners across all operating countries. This pivotal role combines relationship management, compliance, and governance into a single function to ensure high accountability and delivery quality. You will be responsible for the end-to-end partner lifecycle—from selection and onboarding to performance monitoring and capacity building.
Your role:
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for all Dana Asia partners.
- Onboarding & Due Diligence: Lead comprehensive due diligence for new partners, covering governance, financial, and operational standards.
- Agreements & Structure: Develop and maintain all partner agreements, including grants, MOUs, and service agreements.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all partners operate in line with Dana Asia standards and donor expectations.
- Partner Strengthening: Actively support partners in improving their governance, financial management, and operational systems.
- Coordination & Reporting: Maintain accurate, detailed records of partner activities and performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Development, Business, Governance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in partnerships, program management, or similar roles working with external partners or multi-country programs ideally within the NGO or multinational sector.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with donor-funded programs and compliance requirements.
- Core Attributes: Strong organisational and documentation skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote/hybrid environment.
