Job description:

Strategic Initiative Implementation:

  • Lead the execution of strategic projects and initiatives set forth by the Head Office, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable project plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track and within scope.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives without interfering with operational decisions.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Serve as the liaison between the farm and Head Office for all strategic projects, ensuring clear communication and understanding of objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating collaboration and buy-in for strategic initiatives.

Strategic Improvement Identification:

  • Conduct analyses to identify areas for strategic improvement within the farm, focusing on long-term sustainability and competitiveness.
  • Provide recommendations to the Head Office on potential strategic projects based on data-driven insights and industry trends.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor the progress of strategic projects, identifying potential risks or issues and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Prepare regular reports on the status of strategic initiatives, including progress updates, challenges, and outcomes.
Profile

Job qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Project Management, Aquaculture, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on strategic initiatives, preferably within the agriculture or aquaculture industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing large-scale strategic projects.
