THE ROLE

You will hold financial management responsibility for the Counter-OSEC Programme — consolidated budgeting and forecasting, donor and grant compliance, day-to-day financial operations in Xero and Dext, audit readiness, and monthly management reporting to the OSEC Director.

You will sit in the Global Hub and report directly to the OSEC Director, working through the Country Manager in Thailand. It is a hands-on role without direct reports, so you will do the work as well as set the standards — and your reporting will underpin funding decisions made by our donors and partners.

Profile

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Substantial experience in financial management, with responsibility for budgets, month-end close and statutory reporting. Formal accounting certification is not required.
  • Proven experience managing restricted donor or grant funding, including acquittals and donor audit.
  • Working knowledge of Thai statutory, tax and payroll requirements.
  • Proficiency in Xero and Dext, and advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • Fluent English and Thai.
  • Discretion — you will work alongside confidential and operationally sensitive matters.
  • Willingness to complete background checking and comply with our child safeguarding policies.

Experience in the NGO sector, multi-currency reporting experience, or a qualification in accounting or finance would be an advantage.
