Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Powerhouse: You’ll be the bridge between the special coverage team and our incredible partner organizations. This means coordinating with partners, speakers, and other key players to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Showcasing Impact: Developing performance reports, working closely with colleagues across the organization to determine what metrics are needed to showcase the impact of partnerships.
  • Content Catalyst: Fueling our content engine is part of the job! You’ll help research topics, identify speakers, gather background information for our content concepts, develop informative speaker briefs, and develop engaging and impactful social media copy. Think of yourself as a research ninja, digging up the good stuff.
  • Presentation Pro: From speaker bios to polished presentations, you’ll help us create professional materials that wow. Think of yourself as the presentation magician, making everything look sharp.
  • Project Superhero: You’ll be the master of organization, wielding tools to keep projects on track, deadlines met, and everyone in the loop. Think creating project plans, managing timelines, and keeping tabs on deliverables and revenue.
Profile

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative or project support role, demonstrating strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse global teams and stakeholders in a remote role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field including communications, global development, international relations, or related.
  • Ability to work standard business hours in Central European Time to overlap with our European, African and North American based colleagues and partners.

Bonus points

  • Experience in content creation, editing, and working within an editorial or communications environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com and Slack) a plus.
  • Experience with event management.
  • A passion for global development and Devex’s mission.
  • Desired start date, before the end of 2024.
