Responsibilities:

Assist in Planning and Coordination of DnG projects
Support Development of Project Documentation
Track Project Progress, Expenses and Materials
Organise Logistics and On-Site Support for Project Activities

Requirements:

Completion of a Secondary Education (SPM/Equivalent) is required
Past Experience in Project Management within NGO or School/University Settings
Proficiency in Basic Administrative Project Tasks
Work Flexible Hours, including occasional weekends, as needed
Familiarity with Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs/Google Sheets
Fluent in both English and Malay
