We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Impact Advisory Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the Asia Impact Investment Fund series and future funds, contributing to investment due diligence, portfolio management, and impact reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Due Diligence & Advisory:

  • Support due diligence on potential investee companies across the region, including all necessary impact assessments.
  • Support the preparation of investment recommendations, memos, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Impact Strategy:

  • Contribute to the development of the fund’s social and climate impact thesis, identifying opportunities at the intersection of both themes.
  • Conduct research and market analysis to assess trends, risks, and opportunities in climate strategy.

Investor Relations & Reporting:

  • Prepare investor reports, presentations, and updates, leveraging both traditional and digital reporting tools.
  • Maintain and update data in the fund’s impact reporting platform, exploring innovative ways to present data and benchmarking against industry best practices.

Portfolio & Fund Operations:

  • Manage ongoing engagement projects with investee companies, supporting their impact and operational strategies.
  • Support business development activities, including market research, pipeline development, and stakeholder engagement.
Profile
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment management, financial services, sustainability, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in climate finance, with experience in climate-focused funds or related initiatives.
  • Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks (e.g., IRIS+, GIIN, or SDGs) is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in a Southeast Asian language is advantageous.
  • Strong interest in leveraging capital for positive social and environmental impact.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a dynamic, hybrid team.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an inquisitive and open-minded approach.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Singapore-based candidates are preferred but not required.
