Roles & Responsibilities:

Fundraising Events/Campaigns

-Plan and execute fundraising/sponsorship events and activities to achieve fundraising targets

-Partner with DPH staff and volunteers on the execution of events and activities

Donors & Sponsors Management

-Develop and manage relationships with DPH’s donors, sponsors and external partners

-Produce stewardship reports for major donors

Donation Processing & Data Management

-Process donations received through various collection channels efficiently and accurately

-Ensure that databases and website information are updated in a timely and effective manner

Qualification & Requirements:

Diploma in related discipline
1 to 2 years of experience in fundraising / community engagement setting
Possess excellent verbal and written communications/interpersonal skills
Works well independently and as part of a team
Proficient in the use of MS Office, CRM and Email Marketing software
Strong sense of compassion/interest in healthcare or social services
