Position Overview:

The Social Media Manager will oversee Earthside Farms’ presence across all major platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube and others. This role involves creating engaging content, building a loyal online community, and driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker who is creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with a passion for healthy food and connecting with audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Earthside Farms’ brand voice and goals.
  • Create and manage the social media calendar.
  • Create briefs and work with our in-house designer for social media content assets.
  • Collaborate with designers, influencers, and other creatives to generate high-quality content.

Community Engagement:

  • Build and grow a community around the brand.
  • Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and tags.
  • Build relationships with brand advocates, influencers, and industry partners to amplify brand visibility.

Campaign Management:

  • Run targeted social media campaigns to drive product awareness, website traffic, and sales.
  • Engage with creators on platforms to drive awareness of the brand.
  • Manage and optimize paid social ads with a focus on ROI.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to evaluate performance and inform strategy improvements.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to grow the audience and increase engagement.

Collaboration & Brand Representation:

  • Partner with the marketing and product teams to align content with promotions, new product launches, and campaigns.
  • Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep Earthside Farms ahead of the curve.
Profile

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) managing social media for a consumer brand, preferably in the food, wellness, or CPG industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative, results-driven social media work.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc) and
  • Strong understanding of analytics and reporting (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing influencer collaborations or user-generated content.
  • Passion for better-for-you snacks, health, and wellness is a big plus.
