About Earthworm

Earthworm Foundation is a global non-profit organization based in Switzerland with over 300 employees across Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia. With most of our staff working directly on the ground where issues arise, we believe that supply chains can become powerful engines of prosperity for communities and ecosystems.

Your Role

As Supplier Engagement Manager, you will be primarily responsible for:

GIS & Spatial Analysis: Conducting spatial analysis and mapping using GIS tools (e.g., land-use change, buffers, overlays, raster calculations); maintaining map products and WebGIS applications; ensuring spatial dat quality; and generating spatial reports to support landscape monitoring, strategic planning, and decision-making.
Supply Chain Strategy: Supporting the development of supply chain strategies aligned with responsible sourcing goals; analyzing supply chain data to identify risks, overlaps, and opportunities; and presenting insights and recommendations to members in collaboration with the Member Manager.
Strategy Implementation & Supplier Engagement: Assisting in implementing supply chain workplans, tracking engagement activities, coordinating supplier engagement and follow-up actions, and presenting supplier reports and grievance cases with recommended actions.
Reporting, Insights & Solution Development: Contributing to baseline and quarterly reports through supply chain insights and contextual analysis; reviewing monitoring data; identifying gaps and opportunities; and supporting the development and rollout of responsible sourcing solutions in collaboration with members, suppliers, and global networks.

Profile

Your Profile

You are an analytical and collaborative professional who is passionate about using spatial data and supply chain insights to support responsible sourcing and sustainable landscapes. You are comfortable working across teams and engaging with diverse stakeholders, including buyers, suppliers, and internal colleagues. You bring a curious, problem-solving mindset and enjoy translating complex data into meaningful insights that support better decisions. You are adaptable, proactive, and able to navigate dynamic organizational environments while maintaining strong relationships and a solutions-oriented approach.

Your experience includes expert use of GIS software for spatial analysis, map production, and data reporting, as well as familiarity with WebGIS applications, HCV/HCS assessments, and data quality management. Your knowledge of procurement practices and responsible sourcing challenges allows you to engage effectively with suppliers and partners. You have strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia with good working proficiency in English.
