Entrepreneurship in the territories: is it the right time?
· Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to achieve business growth objectives.
· Build a qualified opportunity pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship development.
· Engage architects, designers, developers and contractors to identify new market opportunities and drive product specifications and brand presence.
· Prepare proposals and assist in tender submissions.
· Travel throughout Malaysia (and occasionally overseas) to connect with clients and explore new markets.
