Your Challenges:

Ensure raw materials and finished products meet specifications through meticulous examination and precise measurement tools.
Perform durability, functionality, and safety tests to validate EcoFlow product quality and performance using standardized methods.
Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping, conduct monthly and annual conferences with suppliers.
Be responsible for APDQ and develop effective protocols to optimize inspection processes and enhance new product quality assurance.
Post-mass production material monitoring and continuous follow-up.
Responsible for supplier onboarding, certification, and related audits.
Participate in early project reviews and engage in EcoFlow R&D quality-related tasks at various stages of new projects (2D/3D drawing reviews, structural/process evaluations, etc.).
Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.

Your profile includes:

Bachelor's degree or above.
Able to use English as working language.
Minimum 3 years of related experience in the Structural SQE，candidates with quality management experience in large-scale plastic, sheet metal, or die-casting factories are preferred.
Proficient in using CAD software and familiar with 2D drawings and the application of 2.5D measurement tools.
Proficient in applying quality management tools and methodologies, such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, and FMEA.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of collaborating and communicating effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
Willingness and ability to travel as required for business needs
