  • Drive Category Performance: Evaluate and manage the category's financial performance metrics (e.g., Sales Revenue, Profit Margins, Market Share), with clear P&L responsibility for the product line in Thailand.
  • Deep Customer Insight: Identify and prioritize customer pain points through market research, user interviews, and data analysis conducted with both regional and local Thai customers and channel partners.
  • Business Value Articulation: Clearly articulate the business value of the product to internal stakeholders, including developing localized value propositions for key customer segments in Thailand.

2. Product Lifecycle Management & Profitability

  • Documentation & System Management: Manage all product and equipment groundwork and official documentation by accurately setting up data in PLM systems (e.g., 3DS/InfoPath/ESB-RQF).
  • Profitability Improvement: Execute Gross Margin Improvement (GMI) and SKU optimization initiatives through cost reduction and reformulation efforts. Proactively collaborate with local Procurement/SCM to identify and qualify Thailand-based suppliers for local sourcing and cost-saving opportunities.
  • End-of-Life Management: Proactively manage product obsolescence and end-of-life strategies, ensuring smooth transitions for products within the Thai market.

3. Cross-Functional Leadership & Compliance

  • NPI Execution: Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process by collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams: Product Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs (RA), Quality Assurance (QA), and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • Regulatory Compliance: Partner closely with Regulatory Compliance to ensure all chemical products and equipment strictly adhere to the regulations of each SEA country, with specific adherence to the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) and other relevant local industry regulations.
  • User Advocacy: Act as the primary advocate for the end-user, shaping the customer's experience by collaborating with Product Marketing to drive localization efforts for packaging, instructions, and service manuals.
