
Role OverviewWe are looking for two proactive, high-energy, and professional trade event assistant to represent our premium packaging brands. You will be the first point of contact for visitors. Your goal is to engage passers-by, capture lead information, demonstrate our product quality, before introducing high-value prospects to our CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Booth-to-Booth Prospecting: Proactively navigate the trade show floor to distribute our catalogues and business cards directly to targeted exhibitor booths, exchanging business cards and inviting them to our stand
- Active Engagement: Stand at the aisle/ booth entrance and proactively greet visitors. You aren't just waiting for people to walk in, you are inviting them in.
- Lead Capture: Guide visitors through a quick digital registration (QR code/Google Form) to receive their giveaway.
- Product Demo: Explain our key USPs, unique box structure, innovative materials. Such as the structural rigidity and premium texture of our rigid boxes.
- Qualification: Identify if a visitor is a decision-maker (Marketing Manager, Procurement Head, or Business Owner) and introduce them to the CEO for a private consultation.
- Visualizer Support: Assist visitors in using our interactive packaging design tool on a laptop/iPad.
- Booth Maintenance: Ensure sample displays remain tidy and well-stocked throughout the day.
