Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Phnom Penh, with some work from home options available, for an Assistant Project Engineer. The Assistant Project Engineer will be responsible for assisting in project planning, execution, and management. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project stakeholders, supporting technical engineering activities, preparing project documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with organizational objectives and standards.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Project Management and Project Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
Experience in Project Engineering with a focus on technical support and implementation.
Solid knowledge in Electrical Engineering with the ability to apply technical expertise to sustainable energy projects.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment and adapt to dynamic project needs.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in project management are a plus.
Familiarity with environmental sustainability and energy-efficient practices is advantageous.
