Key Responsibilities
Program Management
- Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of program activities to ensure they meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring accountability and high-quality outcomes.
- Conduct evaluations and prepare reports to showcase program performance and improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Building
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with government agencies, private sector organizations, community leaders, and international bodies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create solutions for inclusive and resilient development.
- Represent the program at stakeholder meetings, forums, and conferences.
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the organization’s vision for inclusivity and resilience.
- Coordinate research and assessments to identify emerging trends and needs in the field.
- Ensure program strategies integrate best practices in urban development and social inclusion.
Communication and Advocacy
- Lead the creation and dissemination of communication materials, including presentations, reports, and outreach campaigns.
- Advocate for inclusive and resilient development practices to diverse audiences.
- Act as the program’s spokesperson, building awareness and support for its initiatives.
