ENV is seeking a dedicated International Program Coordinator for a hands-on delivery and management role. This position will oversee conservation program delivery across multiple teams, keeping projects on track, managing workloads, and ensuring campaign goals are met.

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced NGO environment, can manage multiple tasks, and wants their work to have a direct impact on wildlife conservation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage workload across program teams, tracking project progress and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Develop, schedule and monitor delivery of ENV’s outreach campaigns and conservation programs against agreed targets.
  • Maintain oversight of incoming wildlife crime cases, ensuring they are handled diligently and giving particular attention to high-priority cases when necessary.
  • Co-produce work plans, donor reports, and program documentation in collaboration with Vietnamese colleagues.
  • Edit and quality-check English-language reports, proposals, newsletters, and other key documents.
  • Support donor engagement and contribute to grant proposals to grow ENV’s international funding base.
  • Build the capacity of Vietnamese staff through mentoring, feedback and structured support.

Profile

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in program coordination, project management, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multi-team projects, manage competing priorities, and keep delivery on schedule.
  • University degree required; background in conservation, environment, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Native English speaker with strong writing and editing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with or managing local staff in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, works independently, and maintains attention to detail.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a work permit in Vietnam.
