Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate with Community Health Centers (Puskesmas), Posyandu, village heads, and other relevant local stakeholders.
Ensure that daily MBG meal consumption is properly recorded through both manual and digital systems.
Ensure that all program operational activities are properly implemented.
Assist community health cadres in delivering nutrition education and strengthening access to and protection of health services for beneficiaries.
Prepare weekly reports and field documentation.
Provide field-based input and recommendations to improve program implementation.
In coordination with the central team, support advocacy efforts related to nutrition and health programs/policies with local government authorities.

Profile

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Nutrition or Public Health.
Minimum 1 year of experience in community empowerment programs, maternal and child health, or stunting-related programs is preferred.
Experience working directly with Posyandu cadres, Community Health Centers (Puskesmas), and village governments.
Confident in communicating with mothers and community health cadres in the context of community education.
Able to prepare regular reports and familiar with using Office 365 and WhatsApp for reporting.
Willing to be placed full-time on-site in Malang Regency and able to adapt to field dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications / Added Value

Previous experience in community nutrition programs, CSR programs, or food distribution programs.
Having an established local network in Malang Regency is an advantage.
Possesses a motorcycle and a valid Indonesian Class C driving license (SIM C).
