JOB SUMMARY:

The Culture and Change Management Specialist is responsible for supporting EDC’s transformation goals by developing and executing culture building initiatives and/or leading or guiding teams and individuals in transformation-related change management initiatives. This role requires the right mix of the following skills: organizational change management, change communications, facilitation, research, and relationship building, to enable organizational agility, culture change readiness, and adoption.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assessing and reinforcing the culture changes required for the transformation - supports the Culture and Change Management Head through the development and execution of Transformation-related change management plans and culture building programs. He/she works with the Transformation Group and stakeholder groups to promote the desired mindset or behaviors for EDC’s sustained goal achievement.
  • Identifying and managing risks and issues given transformation-related change- identifies potential adoption risks and recommends mitigating actions given the transformation-related change. This also includes integrating feedback mechanisms to gain a good understanding of how the transformation-related changes may be or are being received.
  • Developing and executing transformation communications strategy - develops and executes transformation initiative-specific communication plans. This includes working with internal clients to plan and execute change and communications interventions that would make the transformation more effective, broad-based and sustainable.

Minimum Experience:

▪ At least 3 years+ experience in change management, organizational development, or in a related field

▪ Has led change management and/or culture building initiatives

▪ Experience in influencing leaders and working through various stakeholders; leading diverse teams even without supervisory responsibility
