The Commercial Data Analyst will support Marketing Operations with day-to-day tasks involving leads, Salesforce data management, and reporting. The role will primarily focus on conducting audits within Salesforce, serving as a liaison for Client Development technology, and helping with data cleanliness related to our target market. They will also assist with daily lead verification, allocation, and target list creation, as well as collaborating with bigger data projects and analysis of opportunity, lead, contact, and other CRM data quality.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Role Specific:
- SQM Audit governance within Salesforce
- CD related opportunity audit
- TAM (Total Addressable Market) Maintenance
- Cleaning historic data
- Contact appending / enrichment
- Sector alignment and re-assignments
- Client Development partner for monthly/quarterly reporting, auditing of CD data entry, data appending, dashboard/report upkeep, task re-assignation
- CD Techstack POC – Apollo, Zoominfo, logging Salesforce requests on behalf of of team.
General Team Shared
- Contact Us form routing for inbound leads
- Reviewing inbound requests from internal stakeholders for target lists for use within marketing campaigns, and providing feedback
- Support data compiling for use in presentations, quarterly reports, and specific project delivery needs
- Assisting with driving data hygiene by encouraging proper data inputs into CRM (Salesforce).
- Pulling data from Zoominfo or other firmographic data platforms to append contact information within the CRM.
- Assisting with data compilation for Salesforce-related projects: reporting, cleaning, account creation, and contact/lead updates
