➔ Description of the mission

As a Project Development Associate, you will support the full lifecycle of renewable energy project development—primarily wind, solar, and BESS. You will assist in site identification, permitting, feasibility studies, and stakeholder coordination, playing a critical role in Envision’s mission to accelerate the energy transition in Southeast Asia.

We Need You to:

  • Assist in screening and evaluating renewable energy project opportunities
  • Conduct market and regulatory research for target countries
  • Support in stakeholder engagement (government, local communities, consultants)
  • Coordinate environmental and social impact assessment processes
  • Track project timelines and deliverables
  • Support preparation of internal reports and investment approval documents

➔ Profile

We Expect You to:

  • Bachelor’s degree in energy and power engineering, mechanical engineering, mechanics, or other related Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) fields are preferred.
  • Experience as an outstanding student leader or officer in major student organizations is a plus.
  • Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability
  • Strong communication and coordination skills; fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to use it as a working language.
  • Strong data analysis skills, business abstraction and summarization ability, high execution capability, and a strong sense of responsibility to deliver results.
  • Resilient and persistent, with a willingness to take on challenges.
  • Willingness to travel and work in dynamic, multicultural environments.
  • Have experience studying or living in China, or be fluent in mandarin as a working language, with preference given.
