Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide logistical and administrative support for workshops, consultations, and training sessions organized under Project Possible.
  • Assist the Executive Director in monitoring project timelines and ensuring activities run smoothly.
  • Support the development of project materials, including helping with translations and minor adaptations.
  • Contribute to data collection efforts by coordinating surveys or interviews and helping with organizing fieldwork.
  • Assist with event management, including booking venues, organizing supplies, and liaising with participants.
  • Help manage internal communications, scheduling, and documentation for project meetings.
  • Prepare basic updates for the program team on progress and ensure that all documentation is filed correctly.
  • Coordinate with the communications team to contribute to occasional social media content highlighting project activities.
  • Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Program Coordinator or Executive Director.
Profile

Qualifications:

Essential Criteria:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a project assistant or officer role, preferably within non-profit or grassroots organizations.
  • Some experience working with LGBTQI+ rights or key populations, or in a relevant social justice field.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Thai, with a working knowledge of English.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to assist in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a small team and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools and office software.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in data collection or community consultations.
  • Knowledge of community outreach or social media engagement.
  • A background in LGBTQI+ or trafficking-related projects would be advantageous.
