Event Management:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows that align with business objectives in Southeast Asia.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of events, ensuring smooth operations, brand representation, and customer engagement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives around events, including virtual and physical events with the goal of maximizing engagement.
- Work closely with the design team to develop promotional content and materials such as event invites, landing pages, brochures, and digital banners in support of event communications.
- Partner with sales and business development teams to ensure that event marketing efforts align with lead generation and pipeline goals.
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing and social media (plan, create, schedule) campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn
- Lead the creation, implementation, and optimization of email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or similar platforms.
- Monitor email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Manage website content updates including landing pages and blog content.
Content Creation & Management:
- Develop high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, presentations, and social media content.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging with overall marketing goals and company objectives.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all communications materials.
