Role Description

This is a contract role as a Sustainability Consultant at ESGright Sdn Bhd located in Petaling Jaya. As a Sustainability Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business growth by leading ESG compliance initiatives. The role involves ensuring companies pursue profits while maintaining environmental consciousness and social responsibility. You will work on-site, collaborating with cross-functional teams to train, develop training materials, identify and implement sustainable practices.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles and practices
Knwoledge on GRI standards will be advantegeous
Experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies
Knowledge of relevant sustainability standards and regulations
Ability to conduct ESG assessments and recommend improvement measures
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree or higher in sustainability, environmental science, business, or a related field
Relevant certifications or training in sustainability or ESG
