What is this role?
An instructor is the teacher in the classroom, the one with existing knowledge of product management frameworks, tools, and techniques. Aside from teaching, they prepare lessons, brief mentors, and lead debriefs and curriculum review.
What will you do?
Who is the ideal candidate?
You are a current product manager or have been in a product manager role for more than 6 years.
You are open-minded, patient, approachable, and are a great communicator. You find product management itself to be an interesting domain, and are looking forward to sharing your passion for product management to others.
You have the ability to guide mentees through the following topics in a Product Management program:
Do I need previous teaching experience?
You do not need previous teaching experience, although that will help.
Compensation and setup:
Eskwelabs pays a market-competitive hourly rate for instructors, including class-time and pre-class preparation. Rates may differ based on program and skills being taught. Returning mentors may have higher rates.
This part-time role is ONSITE in Taguig, Metro Manila.
Instructor compensation typically includes a bonus based on student satisfaction with the overall program.
