➔ Description of the mission

Responsibilities :

  • Doing online & offline canvassing to get new leads pipeline
  • Prospect and pitch new user / new business opportunities to meet sales target
  • Negotiate & create commercial deals by finding out what potential client needs
  • Helping new customers to understand the value of our product or service through the onboarding process
  • Develop and maintain the customer relationship by excellently understanding the key customer or target audience to ensure their objectives are being met in order to retain business
  • Monitor and manage users’ performance, including discussing some strategies to improve and grow their achievement

➔ Profile

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of sales, lead generation, or account management experience
  • Previous sales experience in the marketplace, agency brand, omnichannel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner, willing to learn new things
  • Ability to feel comfortable in a high-intensity, KPI-driven, sales environment.
  • Able to work either individually or in teams
  • Resourceful, highly motivated, and self-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills – able to organize data to identify opportunities
