About the Role

We’re looking for 3 Project Officers to lead projects in BARMM, Isabela, and Surigao by building strong stakeholder relationships, driving project implementation, and ensuring measurable results on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmer groups, cooperatives, LGUs, and other stakeholders.
  • Organize and mobilize partner farmers to support project goals and participation.
  • Serve as the primary communication link between field partners and Mayani.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor project progress and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze project data to measure outcomes and performance.
  • Prepare reports, identify implementation gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Explore sourcing opportunities and resilience-building initiatives for farming communities.

Profile

  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in agriculture, community development, or project implementation roles
  • Has proven experience in field project implementation, stakeholder coordination, and community-based program management
  • Has strong understanding of agricultural systems, farmer engagement, and supply chain or sourcing operations
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple field activities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess field challenges and recommend practical solutions
  • Proficiency in data gathering, monitoring, and reporting for project tracking and evaluation
  • Ability to work independently in field settings with minimal supervision while maintaining high accountability
