About the Role

We’re looking for 3 Project Officers to lead projects in BARMM, Isabela, and Surigao by building strong stakeholder relationships, driving project implementation, and ensuring measurable results on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with farmer groups, cooperatives, LGUs, and other stakeholders.
Organize and mobilize partner farmers to support project goals and participation.
Serve as the primary communication link between field partners and Mayani.
Conduct field visits to monitor project progress and stakeholder engagement.
Collect, validate, and analyze project data to measure outcomes and performance.
Prepare reports, identify implementation gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
Explore sourcing opportunities and resilience-building initiatives for farming communities.

Profile

At least 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in agriculture, community development, or project implementation roles
Has proven experience in field project implementation, stakeholder coordination, and community-based program management
Has strong understanding of agricultural systems, farmer engagement, and supply chain or sourcing operations
Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple field activities, timelines, and deliverables
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess field challenges and recommend practical solutions
Proficiency in data gathering, monitoring, and reporting for project tracking and evaluation
Ability to work independently in field settings with minimal supervision while maintaining high accountability
