About the Role

As the Community Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to support and elevate women in the tech industry. You'll manage partnerships with leading tech companies, organize impactful events, and oversee educational programs that foster growth and opportunities for female tech professionals in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with major tech companies like Microsoft, AWS, and Google to create opportunities for our community members
  • Plan and execute industry events, including conferences, workshops, and networking sessions
  • Manage educational training programs, mentorship initiatives, and hackathons to accelerate digital talent development
  • Coordinate job placement opportunities and career advancement programs for community members
  • Oversee communication strategies across various platforms to engage and grow our community
  • Travel within APAC to represent our initiative at key industry events and partner meetings
  • Analyze program effectiveness and community engagement metrics to continually improve our offerings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in community management, preferably in the tech industry
  • Strong understanding of the tech landscape and emerging trends in APAC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Proven track record in program management and event organization
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other APAC languages is a plus
