Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Soft Goods Project Leader based In Bien Hoa (near Ho Chi Minh City), Vietnam. The Soft Goods Project Leader will oversee the development and production of high-quality bags and accessories, ensuring that projects meet client specifications and are completed on time and within budget. Daily tasks will involve coordinating with design, production, and quality assurance teams, managing timelines, identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating with clients to provide updates and address any concerns. The role also requires the implementation of sustainable practices in line with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management and overseeing production processes in the soft goods industry
  • Knowledge of various fabrics, including technical ones (Cordura, GRS fabrics, BlueSign, Leather) and manufacturing techniques such as laser cutting, seamless bonding, and digital printing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and clients
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Understanding of and commitment to sustainable practices and environmental stewardship
  • Relevant educational background in project management, production management, or related fields
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
  • Experience in the soft goods manufacturing industry or a related field is advantageous
