➔ Description of the mission

The consultant will work closely with the RECLICKS by PYC and Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center team, including the FINCAPES Communication and Knowledge Management Expert, to:

  1. Conduct consultations with RECLICKS by PYC stakeholders and Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center representatives to define content needs, functionalities, and design preferences.
  2. Propose a website structure and sitemap that reflects RECLICKS by PYC’s programs, partnerships, and institutional goals.
  3. Develop website mock-ups based on approved branding guidelines.
  4. Build a fully functional, responsive, and secure website with a user-friendly Content Management System (CMS) that includes 2- year web hosting.
  5. Ensure integration with social media platforms and tools for document sharing and newsletter subscriptions.
  6. Provide 1- year technical support, training, and documentation to enable the RECLICKS by PYC team to manage and update the site post-launch.

Required Qualifications

Applicants (individual or firm) must demonstrate:

  1. Proven experience in institutional, research, or knowledge-platform website development
  2. Strong skills in front-end and back-end web development with a scalable CMS
  3. Experience in UI/UX design and responsive, mobile-friendly websites
  4. Ability to implement document repositories, news/events, and engagement features
  5. Knowledge of website security and data protection (e.g. GDPR or equivalent standards)
  6. Experience delivering projects using a structured, milestone-based approach
  7. Capacity to provide training, documentation, and post-launch technical support
  8. Relevant portfolio and client references
  9. Legally registered consultant or firm able to enter into contract
