What You Will Be Doing

  • Create and implement strategies to grow and nurture the Flo community across various platforms, both online and offline, such as social media, events etc
  • Manage Flo Energy Singapore’s social media presence including, but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Respond to comments and inquiries, and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement on Flo Energy’s social media platforms
  • Curate, plan, and develop monthly content calendar for Flo social media platforms
  • Support the Marketing Team in organising and executing online and offline events (e.g. webinars, workshops, heartland activations) to foster community interaction and customer acquisition efforts
  • Plan and execute strategies that educate and empower community members to become brand advocates and share their positive experiences with Flo
  • Coordinate joint collaborations and partnerships with relevant organisations
  • Plan and execute media activities by collaborating with local publications and key opinion leaders for various communication efforts
  • Manage any other ad-hoc community building projects

➔ Profile

You Will Be a Good Candidate If You Are

  • At least two (2) years of experience in social media, communication or digital marketing roles with proven ability to drive measurable growth on social media for a personal or professional brand, or digital agency
  • Solid understanding of brand communication and effective social media strategies
  • Familiar with the latest social media trends, tools and formats (e.g. Instagram Reels, Facebook Carousel, etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability for copywriting and storytelling using generational slang (Millennials, Gen-Zs, Gen Alphas)
  • Data-driven and analytical thinking, paired with creative strategy
  • Ability to excel independently with a strong sense of ownership

Extra Points If You

  • Are experienced in content production, simple filming techniques, and social video editing tools like Capcut
  • Are experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro)
  • Creative; able to examine our practices and find new growth opportunities to explore
  • Have relevant exposure to the energy market
