Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure the successful implementation and execution of our project.
- Coordinate project activities, including but not limited to building presence on the ground, liaising different stakeholders, and ensuring smooth collaboration between our field and HQ teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks and risk, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Utilize project management tools to track tasks, milestones, and team performance.
- Regularly report on project status, risks, and milestones to key stakeholders.
- Ensure continuous project documentation, maintaining clarity and transparency across teams.
2. Resourcefulness
- Identify and secure necessary resources, including equipment, personnel, and permits, to support project implementation.
- Problem-solve and adapt to unexpected challenges that may arise during project execution.
- Seek innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and carbon credit generation.
- Continuously assess and optimize project resources to minimize costs and maximize impact.
3. Independence
- Work independently to oversee multiple streams of work simultaneously.

4. Operations
- Supervise and coordinate on-the-ground activities related to carbon credit projects.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards.
- Collect and analyze data to assess project performance and validate carbon credit generation.
- Visit project sites as needed to monitor progress, validate operations, and connect with the team.
- Assess the implementation process, ensure quality standards are met, and resolve any issues on-site.
- Manage operational budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with project objectives and operational needs.
5. Communication, Leadership, Relationship Management
- Demonstrate strong leadership by engaging with field teams, fostering a sense of purpose and collaboration, and ensuring smooth project execution while aligning with overall company objectives.
- Cultivate clear and effective communication channels between the field and HQ, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and escalate urgent issues to the wider HQ team and management when necessary, and manage crisis situations promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions.
- Foster a positive, inclusive work culture that supports teamwork, encourages accountability, and drives performance.
