➔ Description of the mission

Main responsibilities

  • Managing assets and handling paperwork of office.
  • Managing and monitoring Visa, work permit, TRC… applications for Expat staff.
  • Administration activities of FIDR office as general office administration.
  • Provide administrative and financial assistance.
  • Work as directed by the supervisor.
  • Translation work.
  • Other office operation duties.

➔ Profile

Qualification

  • University Degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting/Administration
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in administrator sector with excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Very good computer (MS-Excel, Word, etc.) and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Experience with international organizations preferred
