Free To Shine is looking for an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer to join our team.
The MEAL Officer is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of Free To Shine's monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning framework, tools and templates. This role ensures that program activities are effectively monitored and evaluated, that data and evidence drive decision-making, and that lessons learned are used to improve program quality, accountability, and impact. The MEAL Officer works closely with program staff to ensure robust data collection, analysis, reporting, and integration of learning into ongoing activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in development studies, social sciences, statistics, or a related field.
Work History:
Experience in NGO monitoring and evaluation, preferably within child protection, education, or community development for 5 years as a minimum.
