JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Participate in and support the research officers and local partners at hospitals and medical facilities in conducting research activities
Support general administrative tasks (e.g, mailing, printing, scanning documents …)
Travel to the field sites if needed
Be stationed at medical facilities to support participant recruitment and other study-related activities, if required
Other duties as required by the Senior Clinical Trial Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Able to work full-time (preferably final year students and fresh graduates)
Has a background in a field related to health, epidemiology, development, or management is highly preferred
Strong organizational and work prioritization skills, attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work well individually as well as in teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Fluency in Vietnamese is required
Some knowledge of English is preferred, but not required
