KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Communications and Brand Management

Design and implement comprehensive communication plans to enhance the Fulbright

program's brand and reach diverse audiences.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.

Ensuring all visual materials adhere to brand guidelines.

Content Creation and Digital Engagement

Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including press

releases, monthly newsletters, website articles, and social media campaigns.

Manage and maintain the PAEF website, ensuring up to

date and relevant content.

Oversee and optimize social media presence to maximize engagement and reach.

Designing eyecatching graphics for online and offline use, including social media posts, website banners, and promotional materials

Maintain digital media archives of photos and videos.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track and analyze communication campaign analytics to measure effectiveness and

identify areas for improvement.

Generate reports detailing campaign performance and insights.

Alumni Relations & Engagement

Cultivate and strengthen relationships with PAEF alumni.

Develop and implement programs and initiatives to foster a vibrant and engaged alumni network.

Manage alumni communications, including newsletters and event invitations.

Ensure accurate and up to date alumni database management

Collaboration & Program Support

Collaborate with program teams to conceptualize and implement communication

strategies and community outreach activities that support PAEF's goals.

Plan and execute events and networking opportunities

Profile

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or alumni relations.

Proven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies.

Demonstrated experience in creating engaging content for various platforms (digital and print)

Experience managing social media platforms and websites.

Experience with alumni relations, event planning, and database management.

Skills:

Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and tailor messages to different audiences.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, website management, and content management systems.

Ability to create quality content, including press releases, newsletters, and social media updates.

Ability to track and analyze data, generate reports, and use insights to improve communication strategies.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with

diverse stakeholders, including alumni, media, and program partners.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Experience in planning and executing events, including alumni gatherings and networking events.

Proficiency in managing databases and maintaining accurate records.

Understanding of brand management principles and the ability to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative

Suite), and email marketing platforms.
