Position SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our small team in Battambang, Cambodia as a Programme Delivery Lead. This position is pivotal in spearheading the efficient and effective development, planning, coordination and delivery of our education programmes and projects. If you are genuinely invested in community development, working with international student groups, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a diverse and dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and oversee the implementation of programmes.
Develop the annual programme delivery plan and support the hub manager in putting together Strategic Plan for the Country
Collaborate with community partners to assess needs and develop initiatives.
Plan activities and projects for incoming student groups ensuring delivery of annual programme plan.
Provide training, orientation, and ongoing support to incoming student groups.
Monitor the progress of projects, ensuring objectives are met and challenges are addressed proactively.
Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation framework, collect and analyse data to assess and report on programme outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement.

Expected Profile of Candidates

Languages:

Khmer is preferred
English - Fluent is preferred

Skills & Knowledge:

General & Technical Skills

Background in programme management, development studies, education, health, or a related field.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with volunteers or student groups in international contexts.
Proficiency in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.

Soft Skills

Excellent facilitation and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong ability to adapt to unplanned situations.
Proactive and effective problem solving.
