In Thailand, our programmes are based in Mae Sariang, Mae Hong Son Province, working primarily with rural and ethnic minority communities to improve education outcomes, expand livelihood opportunities, and promote gender equality and environmental sustainability. Together with our partners and volunteers, we are building stronger communities and nurturing the next generation of global change-makers.

We seeking passionate results-driven individual join our small team, as Programme Delivery Lead. position pivotal spearheading efficient effective development, planning, coordination delivery our programmes projects. If you genuinely invested community development, with international student groups, have keen eye for detail, thrive a diverse dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and oversee the implementation of programmes.
  • Develop annual programme delivery plans and support the Hub in developing its Strategic Plan, collaborating with community partners to assess needs and develop initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate incoming student groups to ensure the successful delivery of the annual programme plan.
  • Provide training, orientation, and ongoing support to incoming student groups.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring objectives are met and challenges are proactively addressed.
  • Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks, analyse results, and report on programme outcomes to support continuous improvement.

Languages

  • English – Fluent preferred
  • Thai – An advantage

Skills & Knowledge

  • General & Technical
  • Background in programme management, development studies, education, health, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working with volunteers and student groups in international contexts.
  • Proficiency in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent facilitation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to adapt to unexpected or unplanned situations.
  • Proactive and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
