As Senior Deployment Manager for the Greater Bay Area, you will lead a regional deployment team within the Supply Chain Group to deliver AIoT monitoring and control solutions for customers across Hong Kong and southern China. You will manage a small team of Deployment Managers, oversee multiple concurrent deployment projects, and ensure high-quality project execution using Gaiamesh's standardized deployment tools and AI-powered productivity workflows.
This role follows our regional deployment model: each region is led by a Senior Deployment Manager supported by Deployment Managers who together deliver client projects across the region. You will execute through a strong set of tools provided by the PMO (Project Management Office) function, and are expected to actively leverage Claude and other AI tools to maximize team productivity and documentation quality.
The Deployment team sits within the Supply Chain Group, which owns the full physical product lifecycle — firmware, hardware, manufacturing, and field deployment. You will coordinate closely across group boundaries: with the Solutions Group (CSO) on methodology, M&V standards, and quality criteria; with the Growth Group on project scoping and client handover; and with the Platform Group on software integration and controls commissioning.
