We seek to hire interns who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavours. This role offers the unique opportunity to grow a fast-growing and dynamic organisation in Singapore!

Responsibilities

Perform industry and thematic research across the climate tech ecosystem, with a focus in carbon management, energy transition, and adaptation & resilience
Total addressable market (TAM) and growth potential
Competitive landscape and market dynamics
Key industry risks and considerations
Support the evaluation of investment opportunities
Financial modelling, valuation analyses, and sensitivity and scenario analyses
Collaborate with the investment team to develop investment theses and prepare investment memoranda, analyses and presentations for senior management, the Investment Committee and the Board
Assist with portfolio support, including reporting, value creation initiatives and data room management

Profile

Requirements

Undergraduate or recent graduate, preferably pursuing a degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, sustainability or a related discipline
Strong interest in PE/VC and climate tech investing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail
Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Prior internship experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a related field will be viewed favourably
