
Help Grow a Nationwide Movement of Volunteerism in Singapore
At Give.Asia, we believe every act of service — from senior befriending and youth mentoring to food packing and community outreach — helps strengthen the fabric of Singapore. Give.Asia co-developed a national Volunteer Management System with the SG Cares Office. Every week, charities, ground-up initiatives, and volunteer centres publish meaningful volunteering opportunities for the public, and our CoreOps Volunteer team ensures these listings are clear, accurate, and easy for volunteers to join.
As a Volunteering Support Specialist, you’ll support charity partners, ground-up groups, and volunteer centres in publishing their volunteer activities, understanding our tools, and receiving caring and responsive customer support. Your work will directly support Singapore’s movement toward a more connected and service-oriented society.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys community work, is confident speaking with partners, and wants to learn deeply about the social service and volunteer ecosystem in Singapore.
This is more than an operations role — it’s a chance to support the heart of Singapore’s volunteer ecosystem and help more people step forward to serve.
What You’ll Do
● Empower Community Partners & Corporate Partners – Support partners across Singapore including Singapore’s Volunteer Centres, and ground-up groups — ensure listings are timely, relevant, and aligned with community needs.
● Onboard Partners to the Volunteer Management System – Conduct friendly onboarding sessions to help partners understand our volunteer management tools.
● Ensure Volunteer Activities Quality & Compliance – Review activity content carefully, ensuring all volunteer listings are well-presented and meet our standards
● Provide Responsive Customer Support – Assist partners and volunteers with questions and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless volunteering experience
● Strengthen Community & Volunteer Engagement – Collaborate with internal teams to surface activities to volunteers, support community groups and CSR teams in joining activities, and ensure a positive volunteer journey.
● Support Monitoring & Continuous Improvement – Track activity performance, flag gaps, and provide insights that help strengthen volunteer engagement across Singapore.
